Helpful details to include: your device model, iOS version, Tendlet version, whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome if they make the issue easier to understand.
Common help topics
- iCloud sync and Family Share. Make sure iCloud is enabled on each device and that invited carers accept the shared household with the Apple ID they use on that device.
- Routines and reminders. Tendlet uses local notifications for reminders. Check iOS Settings if reminders do not appear.
- Meal plans. Suggested meal plans are species-backed starting points. Review the 7-day plan and grocery list before you start tracking.
- Premium and subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Privacy and data. Tendlet stores care data on your device and, when enabled, in your own iCloud. Read the privacy policy for details.
Safety and emergencies
Tendlet is not veterinary care, medical care, or emergency support. If a pet may have eaten a toxic plant or unsafe food, or if an animal seems seriously unwell, contact a veterinarian, emergency clinic, or poison-control service immediately. Use Tendlet's safety notes as a guide, not as a substitute for qualified care.
Public beta
The public iOS beta is available through Apple TestFlight. Beta builds may change quickly; support reports from testers are especially useful when they include the TestFlight build number.
